I often have friends and family ask me “what sort of point and shoot camera should I get?”….and I always have to answer “weeeeeeell, I don’t know. It depends on a lot of things” and then I follow up with “but I wouldn’t know anyway, I don’t follow point and shoot gadget updates. Go ask my husband, he’s a gadget guy.” And they go ask him, he asks them insightful questions, they answer, he does some thinking and some research, tells them what to buy, they buy it, everyone is happy.
And now there’s a website that asks those insightful questions, does the thinking, tells you what to buy and everyone (er, you, not the website) is happy.
Measy.com is darnright awesome. I tried it out for myself and it recommended one of the Canon Powershot cameras…the same point-and-shoot line that we already use and love. Niiiiiiice.
Use it for point and shoot cameras, DSLRs, E-readers, smartphones, HDTVs and netbooks. Awesome.
